We offer exclusive free shipping to customers who are based in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand. All shipments in these countries will be shipped by S.F. Express within 4 - 7 business days*.

We also ship our products worldwide! An estimated delivery time and cost will be calculated at the checkout, which differs by countries and couriers. In most cases:

    Packaging materials

    To keep our #INVISIBLEBAG in optimal condition, they are packed within regular PE polybags. We strive to find the most economical and sustainable way to pack our products to reduce the number of polybags we require, please reuse and recycle the outer packaging to offset the carbon footprint.

    When it comes to shipping our products, we use our own #INVISIBLEBAG mailer bags where possible. For shipping out bigger bulk orders, we always use recycled materials and boxes so sorry if we get your hopes up if a box of ‘cookies’ arrives at your doorstep! You can dissolve the mailer (we’d love it if you tag us on Instagram when you do!) and please re-use / recycle the box.

    If you order #INVISIBLEPOOBAG, we are now using paper boxes and our water soluble packing peanuts #INVISIBLEPUFF to protect your goods. These can be reused to pack your own products, or used for arts and crafts even! They are water-soluble and biodegradable so can then be disposed of by dissolving them or trashing them.

     

    Shipping delay

    The Invisible Company is not liable for delays in delivery caused by any case of “force majeure” occurring notably in logistics companies or by an act or omission of a customer. 

    In case(s) of delayed delivery, which will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for canceling the order; nevertheless our team will do our best to offer assistance to track the shipment and keep them posted on the delivery status.

     

    Lost shipments

    The Invisible Company is not liable for lost shipments caused by any case of “force majeure” occurring notably in logistics companies or by an act or omission of a customer; nevertheless we will do our best to offer tracking assistance.

     

    Import duties, taxes & charges

    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

    These charges will normally be collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

    For international orders, the Invisible Company declares full product value on customs forms. We do not mark merchandise values below value, mark items as ‘gifts’, or in any form of false information!

     

    Refund policy

    Please note that 3-5% tolerance variance (size, thickness, and printing) is applicable to each order.

    Although there is no product warranty applicable, Invisible Company is responsible for quality control and checking before the delivery based on our internal quality control standard and product characteristics.
